Zentered

This is a 50 minute, participant friendly, non-impact, total body stretch work out designed to lengthen, strengthen and loosen up your mind and body.

Each session begins with a 10 minute mindful meditation followed by our Non-impact, Core and Balance oriented Strength Training Program delivered in guided segments with varying degrees of difficulty.

This program is a fusion of basic yoga poses and classical stretch movements with heavy emphasis on breath and body alignment.  Participants will be trained to recognize one’s body weakness and imbalance to help create a workout tailored to their own needs and capabilities.

Loose, comfortable clothing suggested as there’s a good amount of mat work involved.  Bring your own hand weights (for increasing challenge), yoga mat, towel and hydration.
