Adult Tap Dance
Beginner & intermediate tap dance lessons. Program runs throughout the year & meets 1 time per week. Tap shoes required. Please also bring a water bottle each day.
Date Information: Thursdays, Sept 7-Oct 26; 7:30-8:30 PM runs in continuous sessions throughout year
Cost: $40 residents/ $45 nonresidents for 8 wks

Adult/ Contemporary/Lyrical Dance Class
Join me in a 1-hour adult contemporary/lyrical dance class once a week for 8 weeks. Previous dance exp. helpful but not required. Class is designed for advanced beginning to intermediate level students. Active clothing as well as ballet slippers, jazz shoes, OR dance sneakers are required. No street shoes allowed in the dance room.

Cost: $40 residents/$45 nonresidents for 8 weeks of class

Dance Fitness Class
A fun, energetic dance exercise class. Aerobics and simple dance choreography set to R & B Hip Hop and Rock music. Bring a water bottle and sneakers.
Date Information: Mondays,Wednesdays, and Fridays, 5:30-6:30 PM;
Cost: $20 resident/ $25 nonresidents for 1X/ WK; $40 residents/ $45 non-residents for 3X/ WK

Amped Up
This program is a combination of Cardio kickboxing, Strength Training, Ab work, and Mat Science. Performed 2 x a week, this 50 minute workout provides overall physical conditioning of the heart and toning of the body. Focus shall be given strongly on proper body mechanics, alignment and technique. Hand and ankle weights are suggested to increase intensity level but not required. Bring your yoga mat.

Gentle YogaFusion with a sampling of Barre
Vinyasa based yoga with a touch of the ballet barre core movements, add grace and fun to your yoga flow. Get a chance to work on focused body parts; lower body and core muscles (short abdominal sequences), breathing, relaxation, extra deep stretching with small movements and leg lifts. Progressive 6 week course will ease you into deeper stretching. For all fitness levels.

Total Body Conditioning

In this subset of Personal Training, participants can get an amazing intense workout in a small group setting.  Feeling as though you have a personal trainer helping you through the workout, this class provides great instruction along with a small group to help encourage each other to work as hard as you can! A great way to help tone your body as well as getting direction and instruction for what workouts are best for you.

Adult Swim Lessons
This class will focus on basic swim strokes to make all adults comfortable in the water and improve our strokes based on the level you are at. Beginner & intermediate swimmers welcome

Baby and Me Swim January 14, 2018
The goal of the class is to help make the child comfortable in the water. Parents will be in the water with their child 1:1.

Preschool Sports
Parent and child class which will focus on sport specific skills. Dribbling, passing, shooting, catching, etc will be the different skills each parent will do with their child. The class is set up in stations so that each child/parent rotates around. A beginning warm up and ending activity will be done with the lead instructors as a group. We will not be playing a soccer/basketball “game” however fun games associated with the sport will be played at the end of each night. Please bring water.

Korean Family Karate & Lil Ninja
The goal of Tang Soo Do is to teach self-respect and respect for others. This will teach the Korean art of Tang Soo Do. Training is traditional encompasing the refinement of technique, hyung (forms) and dae ryan (sparring). There will be 3 months of class. Additional $25 at end of class to be tested for belt.
