40 Minute Gentle Yoga- Kid Friendly
The yoga session consists of yin, gentle yoga, providing benefits of therapeutic, positive self esteem, practice of good health, a sense of positive self-conduct and expression, and relaxion. There are no strenuous or acrobatic maneuvers throughout session. All poses throughout flow are oriented to be kid savvy and accommodating for all ages to enjoy a graceful flow full of fun. Beginners to experienced yogi's welcomed!
Date Information: Fridays, Sept 7- Oct 26; 5:30-6:30PM
Cost: $35 for resident family/ $40 for non-resident family (up to 5 people, $5 per person over 5 people)
Age Requirements: 18 and over(children are attended by an adult)

Gentle YogaFusion with a Sampling of Barre
Vinyasa based yoga with a touch of the ballet barre core movements, add grace and fun to your yoga flow. Get a chance to work on focused body parts; lower body and core muscles (short abdominal sequences), breathing, relaxation, extra deep stretching with small movements and leg lifts. Progressive 8 week course will ease you into deeper stretching. For all fitness levels.

Total Body Conditioning

In this subset of Personal Training, participants can get an amazing intense workout in a small group setting.  Feeling as though you have a personal trainer helping you through the workout, this class provides great instruction along with a small group to help encourage each other to work as hard as you can! A great way to help tone your body as well as getting direction and instruction for what workouts are best for you. Recommend to bring: 8lb and 10lb weights/ water. Instructor: Jennifer Meninno

Adult Swim Lessons
This class will focus on basic swim strokes to make all adults comfortable in the water and improve your strokes based on the level you are at. Beginner & intermediate swimmers welcome

Baby and Me Swim 2018
The goal of the class is to help make the child comfortable in the water. Parents will be in the water with their child 1:1. Children will participate in activities with songs, jumping into the water as able, using toys to have fun in the water, etc. 45 min class at Avery Point for 8 weeks; 1 hour class at Ocean Beach for 6 weeks.

Korean Family Karate & Lil Ninja 2018
The goal of Tang Soo Do is to teach self-respect and respect for others. This class will teach the Korean art of Tang Soo Do. Training is traditional encompasing the refinement of technique, hyung (forms) and dae ryan (sparring). There will be 3 months of class. Additional $25 at end of class to be tested for belt.
Date Information: Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 3- June 28, July 3- Sept 27; Times vary based on level
Cost: $49 res/$57 nonres 2 x wk for 3 months; $39 res/$47 nonres 1 x wk for 3 months
Age Requirements: 5-6, 7-8 yrs and 9 yrs and up
